Mushroom Feast （きのこで炊き込みご飯）

Millennium's friend visited with his family from San Francisco.

Millennium took them on a 'Stones Dreaming' walk to the Whale Pod.

They had lots of fun.

We got a special gift from them.

It was a basket of mushrooms from the market in the Ferry Building

in San Francisco!

What a great gift!

I was VERY excited and made Mushroom Rice right away.

ミレニアムのアメリカンインディアンの友だちが家族を連れて、サンフランシスコからの旅の途中にオハイへ立ち寄りました。私は仕事だったので居合わせなかったのですが、ミレニアムは早速彼らをクジラ岩などへ案内し、とても楽しい時間を過ごしたようでした。

そして彼らからのお土産は、なんときのこの詰め合わせ☆

うわ〜っっ☆☆☆こんなのがカリフォルニアでいただけるなんて。。。

"Takikomi-Gohan", Mushrooms with rice and vegetables, soy sauce and Sake.

早速、きのこをいっぱい入れて炊き込みご飯を作ってみました。

What a feast!!!

なんて豪華な日本食！！！　味はもちろん絶品でございます☆
