scone （スコーン）

I baked scones this morning.

I've baked scones a few times this week and they came out the BEST today, so I took a photo.

I love using the oven.

When I put them into the oven, I wonder how they will do, and pray they raise well.

While I'm waiting, I enjoy sweet aromas from the oven.

Then when I take them out from the oven... are they good?  or woo... if they failed...

And it is the happiest time tasting, off course!

These are Walnut & Prune & Raisin Scones.

Itadakimasu... (Japanese prayer before meal)

スコーンを焼いてみました。最近、何度か焼いていて一番上手にできたので写真を撮ってみる。

焼き菓子はたのしい♪オーブンへ入れるときは　”ちゃんと膨らんでくれるかしら。。。”っとどきどき。

待っている間はオーブンから漂ってくる甘い香りに酔い。。。

そして焼き上がりを見る瞬間☆

”やった〜大成功！！！”　”あ〜今回は失敗。。。”とか。

そして味を見るのはもちろん醍醐味でございます。

今回はくるみ＆プルーン＆レーズンスコーンです。
